Can I return/exchange an item?

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges at this time. 

How can I cancel my order? 

Orders can be canceled 60 minutes from the time the order was placed. Please send an e-mail to chickscliquesllc@outlook.com with the subject line "Cancel My Order" including the order # - shortly after you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Refunds are transferred back into your original form of payment and will be processed within 48-72 hours of cancellation confirmation email. It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the refund to your account. 

My item arrived damaged/I received the wrong item - what do I do? 

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect please send an e-mail to chickscliquesllc@outlook.com with the subject line "Arrived Damaged" or "Incorrect Item" including the order # and we will work to resolve the issue.
